First I did some stretching and jelqing on and off and gained maybe 0.2" over the course of a year. Then I took DHT cream for a week which blew it up to 7.3" right away not even kidding and I had a sudden infatuation with Rihanna but I only retained about 0.2" of that or so after I stopped using it and the hair loss/HPTA shutdown wasn't worth it.ajelqforu NEW VISITORS PLEASE READ THIS FIRST..!!! ajelqforuWe would like to show you a description here but the site won’t allow us.The jelq is overall a pretty ineffective exercise. I really only made progress with it within my first months of PE. As for tension with any exercise, go as far as you can without any pain, you should feel discomfort and a stretch but do not go beyond that point.

It has been such a slow process that I don’t bother measuring until I need to, for whatever reason.Thanks very much for the thoughtful response.
